Horizontal Adjustable Staircase Mold

1、The staircase mold is designed by our Italy experts who have more than 40 years experience of mold design. 2、The staircase mold carries on the precise calculation in the aspect of bearing strength. The service life may reach 800 times above. 3、The staircase mold is designed with 17 steps (the number of steps can be adjusted according to the demand). The width of each step is 260mm (customized). The height of skirting is 150~200mm (adjustable). 

Vertical Bottom Mold Separated Staircase Mold

The side mold and the bottom mold can be completely separated. A set of side mold can be used with multiple sets of bottom mold. Before the components don’t reach the lifting strength, the side mold can be removed to the next set of bottom mold and continue production. The component output quantity is high in single working day. It is suitable for the project with tight deadline.
