The Production Line Introduction

◆ The production line consists of a sliding precast prestressed component forming machine, an all-in-one machine, a cutting machine, a hoisting device, a mixing system, a concrete conveying system, curing system, and a tensioning device. The precast components are produced by the forming machine on the supporting platform (The best applicable length is 120m~150m).
◆ The forming machine moves on the platform, and the components are produced by material distribution, extrusion and vibration, and flattening. Just like a moving mold, the concrete can be made into the required shape by moving the equipment. The production line is continuous and uninterrupted. When the strength of the component reaches 70% of the design strength, the prestressed steel bar can be placed, and the component can be cut into required length by the cutting machine equipped with a diamond saw blade.

Lifting Clamp

1、During the construction of precast concrete production process, several processes are needed in hoisting and transport.

2、In the precast plant, after the completion of the production of components ,we need to transport the prefabricated parts to the stacking area, in order to cleaning the production platform, when we need to transport to the construction site, also need to lift and loading on the truck.
3、In the construction site ,also the installation, assembly need to lift.
4、The lifting equipment must be designed to be suiutable for hoisting prefabricaed components.
5、Clamping and lifting load can be customized according to demand.

Material Distributor

1、The main function of the distributor is to feed the sliding moulding machine with a volume of 2m 3 . It runs synchronously with the sliding moulding machine and supplies power to the sliding moulding machine.
2、The distribute process is that the concrete after the mixing plant is finished, the concrete is transported to the side of the distributor through the fly hopper, and the hopper of the distributor machine moves to the lower end of the flying bucket, and the flying bucket feeds. Then, the flying bucket returns to the mixing station, and the distributor hopper returns to the upper end of the main box of the sliding mold machine to feed the sliding mold machine. When the concrete in the distributing machine is lacking, the distributing machine sends the demand concrete signal to the flying bucket, and the flying concrete is transported to the distributing machine. Next, repeat the last action to complete the feed cycle.

Laminating Machine

The laminating machine can quickly lay the curing module on the concrete component, and the internal moisture is quickly evaporated when the component is heated and cured, so as to increase the strength of the component quickly.

Tensioning And Releasing Equipment

Typical tensioning equipment used in continuous production lines of precast prestressed components (e.g. hollow core slabs),which can be placed at both ends of each platform:
1、At the end of tensioning, tension the prestress steel bar before manufacturing precast concrete;
2、At the end of the releasing, release the tensioned prestress steel bar when the concrete reaches sufficient strength.
