Based on the domestic PC component production status and the most advanced vertical molding production technology in foreign countries, Haitian Electromechanical Co., Ltd.actively participates in the project “Key technologies and equipment for industrial production of precast concrete components” of the national “13th Five-Year Plan”, and develops cost-effective large-scale vertical battery mold wall panel production line.

Use And Specifications

1、The production line can produce various kinds of precast wall panels, precast outer panels with/without steel bars stretching out from three sides.

2、There are several specifications such as 3.4m×6m、3.4m×7m、 3.7m×10m.

3、The first production line was delivered to Beijing Yantong Building Components Co., Ltd. in October 2018.

The production line consists of vibration system, curing system, hydraulic system, basic platform, sliding end mold,forming mold, middle fixed mold.

1、Open and close door hydraulically, good sealing performance and accurate discharging;

2、Equipped with remote-controller, with multi-function button.

Concrete flying hopper

1、The concrete conveying hopper has its own moving mechanism；2、The feeding position of the conveying hopper and the contact position of the distributing machine can realize the interlock guarantee；3、The system is equipped with anti-collision parking mechanism, overload protection device and other devices.

1、The moving speed and the distribution speed are adjustable,the distribution amount is controllable;2、 Weighing system can display the weight of the residual material in real time;3、 An auxiliary blanking vibration motor is installed on the hopper.4、The silo can be manually opened in case of power failure.

Forming And Hydraulic System

The forming system includes a basic platform, a middle fixed mold, a forming mold, a sliding end mold, a cavity adjusting mechanism, etc. The forming system can produce components of different lengths, heights, thicknesses, shapes with hydraulic system, and the forming shape of the components is of high precision.
