Recently, a technological breakthrough has been announced in the field of domestic mold equipment. Enterprises represented by Dezhou Haitian Mechanical and Electrical have successfully achieved industrial application of a new type of flipping mold platform. In the medical device field, by adding precision positioning pins for gapless fixation, the polishing qualification rate of injection mold from 82% increased to 99%; in the construction machinery field, the original operation requiring 2 cranes and 4 workers can now be completed by 1 operator in 15 minutes, with preparation time shortened by 80% compared to traditional equipment.
Intelligent upgrading has become another key aspect of technological empowerment. The new flipping mold platform can seamlessly connect with the MES system through the PROFINET industrial bus protocol, enabling unmanned operation of the flipping process. After being applied in an intelligent mold workshop, labor costs were reduced by 70%, and the accuracy rate of production data traceability reached 100%. At the same time, the adoption of variable frequency hydraulic technology allows 3-ton heavy-duty flipping to be completed in just 8 seconds. When dealing with lightweight and fragile molds, it automatically switches to "soft control mode", reducing the flipping impact force by 30% while maintaining efficiency and safety. The 360° infrared sensing fence and dual emergency stop devices have also constructed a comprehensive safety protection system.
Under the guidance of the "carbon neutrality" strategy and new industrialization policies, the green benefits of this technology are also significant. The combination of polyurethane anti-slip platform and variable frequency power system reduces equipment energy consumption by more than 20%, and with a turnover capacity of 300 times or more, the material utilization rate is increased by 400% compared to traditional equipment. Industry experts pointed out that the technological breakthrough of the flipping mold platform is not only an upgrade of a single equipment, but also promotes the transformation of mold manufacturing from labor-intensive to technology-intensive, providing solid support for the high-quality development of downstream industries such as automobiles, medical devices, and construction.
