This banner is not only the customer's high recognition of our technical strength, but also the best witness to the in-depth cooperation between us.During the mold installation stage, the project team faced numerous challenges such as difficult transportation over mountainous terrain, limited lifting space, and tight schedule. They developed a detailed installation plan, planned the transportation routes in advance, and coordinated professional transportation vehicles to safely deliver the mold components to the construction site. During the installation process, technicians were on-site throughout to provide guidance and strictly followed the construction specifications, precisely controlling each installation step: from leveling the foundation, assembling the molds, to tightening the bolts and calibrating the verticality. Every process was aimed at achieving precise accuracy. To accelerate the construction progress, the team implemented a 24-hour shift system, overcoming the adverse effects of hot weather and heavy rain, and ultimately completed all mold installation work 3 days ahead of the scheduled time. After the installation was completed, it was jointly inspected by the client and a third-party testing institution. The installation accuracy, sealing performance, stability and other indicators of the molds all passed the acceptance inspection at one go, fully meeting the requirements for the pouring construction of the wind turbine tower.
